What a lovely recommendation (by Fred) on your cottages. I'm a single 'senior' citizen (feel 30yo!) who is looking for a weekend respite from caretaking (my Mom). I've been doing this for six months and feel like I'm heading for burn out. I'm also an artist. So caretaking is a difficult task since it saps me of any creative energy that I may have. And I am longing to find, a place to go, and just do anything but worry about someone else. Plus, a place that would allow me to have my dog, Mesa (may-sa) who is my constant companion. I guess at this age, having a dog is much less tasking than a boyfriend. haha Not really! But I'm also recently seperated too...so I'm open to meeting new folks & discovering new adventures. What are the chances of finding such a place such as yours? not sure...but I will check it out. Should I bring my feather blanket?
