Sonoma Wine County is a beautiful area, and fortunately some people have utilized the land to create wonderful dog parks!

Elizabeth Anne Perrone Dog Park

The Elizabeth Anne Perrone Dog Park is located in Glen Ellen, California. It is a fenced-in, one-acre area that has a drinking fountain, a gazebo, shade trees and trails. It is located in greater Sonoma Valley Park, which is 162 acres; dogs have to be on a leash (of less than six feet) to go to the rest of the park .

DeTurk Round Barn Dog Park

The DeTurk Dog Park is .25 acres of a fenced-in lawn. It is located next to the DeTurk Round historic barn, a quaint, old building. The remainder of the one-acre park has some picnic tables.

Doyle Community Dog Park

The Doyle Community Dog Park is a fenced, off-leash area that is .25 acres, and has wood chips and a separate area for large and small dogs. It is situated in greater Doyle Community Park, which has restrooms, open fields, horseshoe pits and picnic areas. Dogs are required to be leashed in the rest of the park.

Northwest Community Dog Park

This dog park is .25 acres of fenced-in area that has a lawn and wood chip area. Other amenities include water, bathrooms and a small and large dog section. It is located in greater Northwest Community Park, which has various sports fields, and dogs must be on leash.

Rincon Valley Community Dog Park

The Rincon Valley Community Dog Park is half an acre, with separate areas for large and small dogs. It also features grass, wood chips, bathrooms and a swimming pond. Dogs must be leashed for the greater Rincon Valley Park, which is 25 acres full of open grass fields, picnic areas and sports fields.

Sebastopol Dog Park

The Sebastopol Dog Park is located in the Ragel Ranch Regional Park, in Sebastopol, California. One hour every day is reserved for small dogs of under 30 lbs, so make sure to take note of this if you are bringing a large dog. Other than that, it is open sunrise through sunset, and is a half-acre of fenced-in area. This dog park also features handicap access, a drinking fountain, a bench, wood chips, waste bags and scoopers.

Ernie Smith Community Dog Park

The Ernie Smith Community Dog Park is located in Sonoma, California. It is .5 acres, and has benches and water. Dogs must be leashed for the rest of the park.
