As much as we hope we never need to use them, it’s good to know where the 24-hour emergency vets are in your area. Your cat or dog could accidentally ingest anything from household cleaners to children’s toys and become extremely ill. Now that summer is here, your dog may be exposed to some dangers that aren’t around during other times of year such as pesticides used in a neighbor’s garden and bug sprays. If you’re vacationing in the tri-state area or taking your best buddy out on day trip, it’s always good to know if there’s a 24-hour vet nearby, just in case.
