Pet Events in the USA – May 2013
Kansas City Chihuahua Parade
The Annual Chihuahua Parade is fun, silly, and ridiculous, but it has a serious goal to make Kansas City a No-Kill Community. The $5 entry fee per dog all goes to The Great Plains SPCA who just opened their second shelter in the Metro area. All dogs in costume are welcome to attend and there will be a vet on site to verify how many chihuahuas attend. St. Louis holds the record with 1,326, can you beat that? Go. Try.
