There are so many cool events for you and your pets to head to and meet others who love their pets just like you this upcoming March. It might be cold outside, but that shouldn’t keep you from having fun. From dog shows, to adoption events, to fundraisers, March is busy and the fur is flying!

This is a day long workshop that will cover topics of restraining and muzzling your dog, canine and feline CPR, choking, bleeding, and shock among other topics. There will also be lectures on insect bites, snakebites, and caring for your senior pet. Register early.

St. Pawtrick’s Day Pet Parade

Pop a green hat on your pup and join in the parade. You’ll meet behind the Smalltown Bank downtown and march to the courthouse. Once there, prizes and give aways will be presented to dogs with the best costume, most unique outfit, and largest and smallest pup. This should be a very cute event. If you aren’t participating, come watch the pups and their proud owners show off their wardrobes.
6th Annual Bowling for Hope

Bowling for Hope is a tournament for bowlers who want to play a few games and do it for a good cause. There will be a raffle, silent auction, and an appearance by one of the Hope for Horses’ horses. Even if you aren’t going to bowl, come on down and hang out. Proceeds benefit the Hope for Horses organization.
