Heading on a vacation to Savannah, Ga and looking for places to stay that you and your best friend are allowed to stay? Staybridge Suites Historic District Hotel is located at 301 East Bay Street in Savannah, Ga and rates start at $100 a night depending on the time of year. The hotel accepts up to two pets that are under 50 lbs. for an additional fee of $75 for a stay up to 6 nights or $150 for a stay that is over 7 days. Policies may change so ask before completing your reservation. The hotel is located at Bay and Lincoln Streets which is just 11 miles from the airport and near the Historic River Street and Savannah History Museum. The hotel has a 24 hour fitness center, parking lot, and internet. It is the perfect place for you and your dog and near a park for those morning and late night walks. Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out time is 12pm.

Olde Harbour Inn is located at 508 East Factors Walks and allows up to two pets that are medium to small per room for an additional $40.00 a day. Rates start at $180 a night depending on the time of year. There are 8 pet friendly suites in the hotel and it is nestled between River Street and Factor’s Walk. The hotel was built in 1892 and was once a bluff-side warehouse overlooking the Savannah River. Now it’s a great elegant place for you to vacation with your best buddy. There is a daily continental breakfast, wine and cheese in the evening, and sightseeing tours that can be booked with the staff at the front desk.

The Thunderbird Inn
is located at 611 W. Oglethorpe Ave and rates start at $75 a night depending on the time of year. The inn allows up to two pets that are medium to small for an extra fee of $50 a night. This hotel is fine with having cats stay so if you are traveling or driving across the country with your feline in the car, she can stretch her legs here. The inn provides pet beds, dishes, and treats for their VIP furry guests. Dog owners will receive a complimentary map of downtown Savannah upon checking in of cafes, restaurants, and other areas that are pet friendly. It is conveniently located near everything including the Civic Center, Savannah College of Art, and River Street. The inn was built in 1964 and is known as the hippest hotel in Savannah with 42 guest rooms, continental breakfast, and moon pies. Yes, moon pies.

    if you stay at LaQuinta Inn, there is no pet fee. also, when we were in Savannah with our dog, we went over to Tybee Island, very pet friendly, and also stopped at Fort Pulaski, again very pet friendly. we loved Savannah.
