Recently moved to Boston and looking for a good place for your pooch to run off some energy and have fun? Try one of these three places!

Doggie Daytrippers is located at 214 Shawmut Ave and was recently featured in the Boston Phoenix as one of the ultimate places to bring your dog. They have an off-leash outdoor area where your pet can play and make new friends. They also take your dog for a hike, a swim, and a run! Aside from offering all this exercise they also will board your pet if you take a weekend getaway and dog walking. They also offer a pickup and delivery service in case you’re not able to get your pup to them on time!

Boston Felines and Fidos is located at 398 Columbus Ave and offers dog walking, pet sitting, and pet taxi services so you don’t have to worry when you’re out of town or need a ride to the airport for you and your pup. They conduct an in-house consultation and will take care of your pet like it is their own. Cats will have their litter box cleaned daily, have fresh water daily, feed them according to your instructions, play with them and will also water your plants, bring in your mail, take out the garbage, and leave you a detailed note of how your pet was during your time away. If you need your dog walked they will take him out for 30 min either alone or in a group depending upon your pet’s socialization and comfort levels. They also offer a puppy program. The extra bonus is that if you are ever locked out, Boston Felines and Fido will also come with the key you gave them and let you back into your place so you don’t have to call the locksmith!

The Urban Hound is a daycare/boarding facility that also has a spa for your pup! They are located at 129 Maiden St and offer puppy classes, grooming, walks, playtimes, and sell some yummy treats for your pup too. The boarding facility is immaculate and each dog has their private suite that is quiet, has comfy bedding, and toys. The play area has synthetic grass for easy clean up and offers a cushioned ground for your pup to romp on that’s not slippery. They also have walk-in services for non-clients who need to have their dog’s nails trimmed. This is definitely a cool place to bring your pup for a day of play!
