But they most definitely do. We also have to watch out for house plants - some of them are very bad for our pets. Our dog will eat anything, anytime. So I agree we do need to keep watch for animals (as well as children - who also eat weird things). Fortunately our guinea pig can't get out of his enclosure so we only have to watch what we drop in.
