Pets are defined as dogs, cats and domestic birds. The number of pets allowed in the cabin or as cargo is subject to space availability. A fee of $50 each way per pet is charged at check-in at the airport. These fees cannot be prepaid. Service Animals are allowed in the cabin for no charge. Medical documentation may be required stating that the passenger must have the animal with them. The servicing animal will remain with the passenger, generally in the front row of the aircraft.
SAN JUAN RESTRICTIONS: Customers Traveling to/from San Juan may only transport pets in the cabin.
