Official Petswelcome iPad Sweepstake Rules

Eligibility No purchase necessary. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Petswelcome.com, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sponsor”), and is governed by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. The Sweepstakes is open to all US residents (excluding Puerto Rico) 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, contractors or agents, and members of their immediate families or households, are prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. There is no limit to the number of entries per person; entries via third parties will not be accepted.

How to Enter To enter, you must submit a hotel review(s)/rating(s) prior to the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period (as defined below). The entry will be in the form of a hotel review/rating submitted on-line to petswelcome.com on the petswelcome.com website.

Publicity Rights By acceptance of the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor, and/or its designees the perpetual right to use his/her name, and to the use of statements made by or attributed to him/her relating to Sponsor or the Sweepstakes, for advertising and publicity purposes, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except as and where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes Period commences at 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time on October 11, 2013 and ends at 11:59 pm on March 30, 2014. Any entries received after 11:59 pm on March 30, 2014 will be disqualified. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Selection of Winner The Sweepstakes winner will be selected from all eligible entries in a random drawing held within seven days after the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified via email or telephone within two days after the drawing.

Prize and Odds of Winning The winner will receive an Apple 16 GB iPad with Wi Fi connectivity (color black). The estimated retail value of the prize is $500.00. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

General Conditions The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States, including all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sponsor at its discretion may request that the winner sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or a Release of Publicity and Liability. In the event of non-compliance, or if winner cannot be reached at the email address or phone number submitted with their entry, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution will be offered. Limit one prize per person. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules. All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. All taxes, fees and other surcharges imposed on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. In the event of any dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the email account associated with the entry.

Limitation on Liability All Entrants release the Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or acceptance and /or use of the Prize, including, without limitation, any liability for property damage, loss, personal injury. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are corrupted or otherwise not received correctly, or for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, cable network or similar communications lines, or any computer systems, networks, providers or servers, any computer equipment or software, failure of any email delivery, or on account of any technical problems or congestion on the internet or any web site, including injury or damage to any participant or to their computer or other property related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submission of entries to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no liability for any error, omission or interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any entries, including lost, late or misdirected entries. Sponsor is not responsible for fraud or cheating of or by any participants in the Sweepstakes. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Sweepstakes, or defraud Sponsor in any way will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and any such person will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and will forfeit any Prize he/she won.
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is unable to proceed as planned due to, without limitation, computer bug, virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical malfunction, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, performance, security, integrity, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

Winner of Sweepstakes The name of the winner of the Sweepstakes will be posted on Sponsor’s website (www.petswelcome.com) as soon as practicable after the winner has been successfully notified.
