On October 10, 2012 the FDA reported that Yoghund’s organic banana and peanut butter product was found to have salmonella. TBD Brands, owner of Yoghund, has announced a voluntary recall for the safety of their customers. They are being cautious as these products contain organic peanut butter and are part of a massive recall of products manufactured at Sunland Inc. Sunland Inc. has been recalling products manufactured by them due to a salmonella problem.

The Yoghund treats are packaged and sold as individual cups in four-packs marked with a best buy code of 9/24/14 or earlier. 1. The FDA never found or said that there was Salmonella found in Yoghund. That is a false statement that you have printed in your article. The company did a voluntary recall because the peanut butter used in the product was manufactured at the same plant as the nationwide recall from Sunland, Inc in New Mexico.

Before you put things out there for many to read, you should make sure you have your facts correct as to not print bad press about a company doing the right thing.
