If you are looking for a new scaly friend, or just need some supplies for your current one, check to see if there’s a reptile show in your area this weekend! Or, if you’re feeling adventurous, make a trip out of it.

Dixie Reptile Show

April 17

This Dixie Reptile Show will have many discount animals and supplies on display and for sale. It will go on from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM; admission is $4 for adults, and $1 for children under 12.

Midwest Reptile Show

Indiana State Fairgrounds

Indianapolis, Indiana

April 17

This reptile show will go on from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM. It is $5 admission for everyone over 9. All sorts of different vendors will be there, selling a variety of snakes, lizards, frogs and more. There will also be discount feeder animals and a huge selection of supplies.

Kalamazoo Reptile & Exotic Animal Show

Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds

Kalamazoo, Michigan

April 17

This Midwest show will take place from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM. People will be able to buy, sell and trade all sorts of exotic reptiles, amphibians and other animals, ranging from hedgehogs to spiders. Many different animal breeders will be there to answer questions. All animals who are sold at this show qualify for a free vet exam at Milwood Animal Clinic. Admission is $4 for adults and children over 10, $2 for children 6-10 and free for children under 6.

Reptile Breeder’s Expo

Omaha Executive Inn and Suites

Omaha, Nebraska

April 18

This reptile expo will be hosted by the Nebraksa Herpetological Society. They will have 35 tables of breeders from around the country. There will be captive-born animals, as well as books, supplies and other accessories. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children 3-12 years old. It will go on from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.

New York Reptile Expo

Westchester County Center

White Plains, New York

April 18

This show will take place in White Plains, which is just a short train ride away from New York City. It will go on from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM, and cost $10 for adults, $4 for children 7-12 and free for children under 7. It will feature over 200 vendor tables, where people can buy things for up to half-off their retail price.
