"My husband and I always look forward to our annual spring vacation, but we hate leaving our sweet pup, Bonbon, behind. This year we decided to bring her with us! Springmaid Beach Resort (now Doubletree Resort - PW) had all the things we were looking for - pools, restaurants, ocean views, and it was pet-friendly. When we checked in they gave us a pet welcome gift and were very pleasant. Not only did my husband and I have our best trip to Myrtle Beach yet, Bonbon had the time of her life. If you're planning to go to MB with a dog, definitely check out Springmaid Resort."

“Looking to vacation to beautiful locale and want a hotel to match? DoubleTree has got you covered.”

DoubleTree was founded in January 1969 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since then, it’s been providing comfort and luxury to travelers and their pets the world around. Looking for relaxation? Utilize their poolside accommodations. Want to sneak some exercise in? Take advantage of their Five Feet to Fitness program, which brings 11 different fitness and accessory options into your hotel room. Look for activities to do with the pup? Every DoubleTree features at least two types of recreational facilities, ranging from snorkeling to golf to spa experiences!

And if that’s not enough for you, might I interest you in some free cookies? DoubleTree is famous for its complimentary chocolate chip cookies, which it used to provide to hotel VIPS but began gifting to all guests over 30 years ago. Did you know that the DoubleTree cookie was the first cookie ever baked in space? Fortunately, you won’t have to travel nearly that far to nab your own. Remember, though: this treat is best kept away from Fido.
