The Historic Smithton Inn is a "Historic-Hip" bed and breakfast located in norther Lancaster County. Ephrata is a great location for getting around the county because we've got great roads for doing either 'fast highway commutes" (PA Turnpike, 222, 322, 272) or lazy back-roads routes, to get anywhere you need to go.Amenities are plentiful at the Historic Smithton Inn. Starting with PRIVATE BATHS, each guest room also has a WORKING fireplace, flat screen TV/DVD player, iPod docking station, mini fridge, free wi-fi, complimentary snacks and bottled water, and hair dryer.The property also has an on-demand coffee maker, plus fresh baked cookies on the front desk for guests to enjoy. Guests also have access to a extensive collection of DVDs to choose from, the paper is delivered daily, and if you need help planning your visit, we're happy to help with concierge services.Breakfast is always a real treat at the Historic Smithton Inn, where everything is made fresh, often with local ingredients. Breakfast is served from 8 - 10 am (earlier upon request). Meals include fresh fruit, breads, muffins, yogurts, cereals and a hot plated meal. Plus delicious coffee, decaf, tea and juices.
