The personnel were great! The hot tub after day of snowmobiling was great. Morning breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice.

The accommodations were very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and they stayed on top of keeping it stocked and refreshed. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful and gave great recommendations on where to go in West Yellowstone.

We use hospital grade cleaner and disinfect the main areas throughout the day including door knobs, the guest computer, lobby furniture, and bathrooms. We have gotten rid of the decorative pillows, pens, and notepads in all guest rooms. We do have hand sanitizer for guests and staff.
