Cleaning Policies
Best Western has implemented the "We Care Clean" program. We have also adopted the American Hotel and Lodging Association "Safe Stay Initiative", which covers the following: Guest rooms are left vacant for a minimum of 24 hours after guests check out before cleaning. Rooms are cleaned with Ecolab products certified to kill Covid-19. In addition to our normal cleaning, extra attention is given to "high touch" areas such as light switches, remotes, phones, faucets, door handles, etc. All staff are wearing PPE. Public "high touch" areas such as luggage carts, counters, ice machines, coffee machines and business center. Social distancing policy signage has been placed throughout the hotel. Low contact check in and check out, with shields at the front desk. High occupancy areas have been closed currently, such as the meeting room and fitness center. Sanitize stations set up throughout the lobby.
