Location is incredible! Right next to the ocean. It's a great launch point to Hearst Castle which is only a couple miles away. Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating! We drove in super late and I didn't even know they were trying to contact us the whole time. They easily could have given our room away but they woke up and serviced us with a key, room instructions and a smile at 11:00pm! Great couple! I loved the firm mattresses and I got my first great night of sleep in weeks. I will use this place again if I'm ever visiting San Simeon.
