Great tourist hotel in the heart of Santa Barbara’s historic downtown area. Has recently re-branded into a La Quinta, so the entire property has gone through a complete renovation and will continue until March 2014. Property has 68 rooms with either a king, 1 queen or 2 double beds and the option of interior or exterior corridors. There is a free continental hot breakfast, free Wi-Fi in all the rooms & public spaces, a fitness center, business center, local pantry style store, outdoor pool & jacuzzi and ample free parking. Everything is walking distance, lots of stores & shoppes, restaurants, short drive to the beach and other local attractions. Close to the 101 freeway.
