Front desk was friendly upon check in. Room was ready and clean. Breakfast area was good and clean. Eggs were cooked well. Service for breakfast was constant and attentive.

"Much needed getaway!"

Honestly the BEST thing for me was this singular employee (everyone was wonderful but he went above and beyond) ERIC! I had asked to hangout in the lobby until my check in time as I was a couple of hours ahead of time and I just needed to stretch and gather myself. He did one even better, he was able to check me in. His genuine compassion and care for a guest (just another number to most hotels) was so needed and appreciated he actually change my entire outlook and mood. He was very informative and treated every guest that I witnessed with the same care. He was a sweet and nice smile during a time things were hectic and dark. My children arrived and they loved talking to him as we passed by. I had about a million questions and he was never annoyed and answered them so thoroughly. My room was superb. Clean and awesome set up. My kids were so excited to stay in such a “wonderful spot” they loved the little apartment feel as did I. Having that time to just cook and spent time and all the amenities. I could list them all. When we would walk through those lobby doors it was a little piece of paradise, of calm, of escape. An employee like that is the reason people come back. I know I will!
