This review is about our most recent stay at the Wingate. Once again we could attend an event in the Civic Center without going outside in the cold weather. Two others who drove in the day of the event crossed from the parking garage across the street on the skywalk and met up with us in the hall. It’s a fantastic set up! Love it.

Built in 1999 year remodeled 2020 A recipient of the Tripadvisor Certificate of 2019 Excellence Award. Our Wingate By Wynhdam Lima Downtown Hoel is conveniently located offf Interstate I-75 attached to the Veteran Memorial Civic and Convention Center in the center of Downtown. Nestled in the center of the community with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. This hotel is ideal for both work and play. With 100 rooms and 6 floors with interior enterance to rooms. Our smoke free hotel offers free Deluxe Continental Breakfast, Free WIFI, Dry Cleaning services, Fitness Center, Meeting rooms, Business Center and Free local calls. Guest room amenities include microwave, refrigerator, safe, desk with ergonomic chair, HD TV with HBO, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee/tea maker, AM/FM Alarm Clock, phone. Free parking for all guest and that includes trucks and buses. During your stay we are sure that you will find that one of our 6 types of rooms will satisfy our corporate requirments or leisure needs, King Room 240 Square feet , Double Room 240 Square feet, King Doubles 240 Square feet, Junior Suite 696 Square feet, Executive Suite 792 Square feet and Jacuzzi Suites 644 square feet. The Wingate Meeting rooms will fit your needs with the Baldwin/Hamilton Conference room having 625 square feet and will accomadate up too 40 people with screens and projects along with catering all for a small fee. The Lima Board Room will hold up to 10 people with a screen and project along with off site catering available upon request. ATM machine in lobby beside front desk. We are attached to the Veteran's Memorial and Convention Center which offers lots of options for meeting spaces to accommodate any size event.

Yes! Pets are allowed.All pets on the property ar subjects to the following: There will be a $15 per night , per pet fee charged to your bill. All pets must be registered with the front desk. Your pet must be 20lbs or smaller. Pets on leashes must be accompanied by their owner. In all common areas your pet must be on a leash or in a pet carrier. If left alone in your room your pet must be in a pet carrier or kennel. Pets must be contained to a kennel, pet carrier or leash for housekeeping to service your room. You must clean up after your pet. Messes left behind by your pet may be subject to further fees. We ask that your pet dones not join you for breakfast in the breakfast area. Planning to leave your pet in the room while your away? If so, please make sure the front desk has a phone number to contact you while your out incase there are any issues with your pet.
