Hotel Granduca Austin is pleased to welcome your pet as a guest of the hotel. To ensure the safety of your pet(s) and other guests, arrangements must be made during your reservation process. We limit your pet capacity at 2 pets per room. All pets must be registered with the Hotel. A $125.00 non-refundable fee is required and a portion of this fee will be donated to a local shelter. Subject to the other restrictions and limitations set forth herein, the only pets permitted in the Hotel are dogs and cats. Your pets must be carried or on a leash at all times when on Hotel property (other than your guestroom). All pets must be crated when left unattended in the guest room. Any disturbance caused by your pet; barking, growling, biting, being a nuisance, the guest will be informed that the pet’s behavior must cease immediately or be asked to leave the Hotel permanently. Also guest must clean/scoop up after your pet.
