I wish you would recognize Alison and her manager. They went above and beyond our expectations. Accommodating every need we had. Being in town for the loss of my mother n law was sadly unexpected. However knowing we had a clean, comfy room to relax and sleep in helped us tremendously. I accidentally dropped a hair tie and one of your staff picked it up and followed me outside to return the tie. Anytime we passed a staff member they asked how are stay was going and if they could do anything for us. You have struck gold with your employees from maintenance to maids, front desk and on and on. We definitely will be staying in your hotel when we are in Pekin.
