I stayed at the Portland Harbor Hotel for four nights. The staff were all pleasant, professional and extremely cheerful and eager to please. The food and craft cocktails were excellent at the bar. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is within walking distance to many upscale restaurants. Very good value for the price.
