The booking service isn't great. I was left wondering if I'd actually booked the room. But everything turned out ok. The motel is older and a bit quaint but I enjoyed it. It's very close to downtown, which made walking to dinner easy. The County museum is right across the street, if you're into that. I walked around the nearby neighborhood a bit and it was nice. There are 2 parks within easy walking distance. The room was small but clean. I really enjoyed the old school western touches. Kelsha at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My only real complaint was that the AC didn't work all that great. But I would definitely stay there again!
The front desk lady Ms. Heidi was absolutely AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond with her excellent service. I stopped by. My room, forget to grab the key so I called her and she came to my room and turn the air conditioner on so it was nice and cool when I got back from my errands, also she came again with a cable box because the television had no service she hooked it all up and got it working perfectly! She so nice and friendly and kept apologizing for my issues with the room which were absolutely not her fault. As far as customer service goes, Ms. Heidi is the best!
