The Aiden by Best Western @ Austin City Hotel uses Tersano SAO as its primary cleaning system, through fogging and direct application to all touch points at our property. Our staff wears masks and gloves for all guest room and common area processes. Gloves are changed when moving from one room/area to the next; clean and dirty linen are kept separate; and stay over rooms are not automatically serviced, on request only, and with strict protocols.
