Room was excellent! Housekeepers were happy and friendly! Breakfast lady was very sweet and helpful! We are seniors with disabilities and extremely appreciative of Sheree Pickles on arrival. We knew we were safe after we met Ms. Pickles! We watched Ms. Picked deal with other people too with compassion and professionalism. We will be back here as our medical problems brought us to Dallas UTSW Medial Center.
