We had nothing but a positive experience from everyone we encountered. At front desk check-in was very easy and staff was very friendly to us. Valet staff were professional and equally kind and helpful with directions to the concert we attended. We felt very safe staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
