Night before a cruise.
The hotel was comfortable and clean; however, since this is located near the cruise port and many of the customers were leaving for cruises, it was very disorganized trying to get transportation to the port. We had to call an Uber. The staff was not very helpful or within view to answer questions. It was very chaotic.

Check in was unbearably slow. 45 minutes I was stood there while the front office staff meandered through check in, one lady took that long to check in 1 set of guests. No idea why but it was the last thing you want after a long day of travel. One other guy was walking around like a headless chicken at one stage. Sort it out! Was a bad start to my stay

wrong date tried to cancel within 10 min of booking and still have not heard back!! need to change to Dec 1 -2nd
