Night before a cruise.
The hotel was comfortable and clean; however, since this is located near the cruise port and many of the customers were leaving for cruises, it was very disorganized trying to get transportation to the port. We had to call an Uber. The staff was not very helpful or within view to answer questions. It was very chaotic.

Beautiful property, superior service, delicious food at the on-site restaurant, and great cocktails. The room was clean and quiet, spacious and comfortable. The mattress, pillows and bedding - perfection! Slept like a log! The bathroom in our room could use an updated toilet and shower, but it was clean and spacious as well.

The AC didn’t work and it was just uncomfortable. It’s very unbearable and we could not sleep. My husband and I. I spent $242 on this room to be uncomfortable

The view of the construction and the fact that I waited hours for my room to be ready was less than desirable. Shuttle service was a 10 person vehicle that was first come first served. Doesn't help when your in a group of more than ten like we were.

This is my 4th stay within the last 2 years and its a mini get away from the east side of LA and every time we stay is just a great time.
