The staff of the hotel were really helpful. I would like to thank the staff at the front desk for their help in getting to a few local places. They really made my stay that much better.
My only complaint is the limited hours available for dining and the lack of room service.

I booked a room with the jacuzzi tub however there was a sign to inform us that the jacuzzi was not working. I spent an extra 150 just to stay in the room for that purpose. I stay here all the time and this was the first I’ve experienced this.

Very distasteful and rude staff! I booked a room as I was driving from NYC to CT in the very early hours of the morning. When I walked in I wasn’t properly greeted I was stared at instead ( I’m assuming because of my outfit ) when I asked to check in I was told by the staff I believe her badge said irene “ our system is down “ so I asked ok what should i do & she said “ our system is down I don’t know what to tell you & started banging on the computer “ so now I’m completely confused it’s 4am I just drove to hours with another 1hr drive ahead of me. The staff now became completely annoyed because I’ve never experienced this problem & had multiple questions she then aggressively said go wait in your car for 15 minutes or something I don’t know what else to tell you !!! That is extremely RUDE and empathetic. I become of course upset and explained it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it and expressed I was not happy with her service and would like her name & she told me don’t worry about her name & if I didn’t like how she talked to leave. Again I am a black woman in the middle of the night trying to get a room the staff probably thought I was a prostitute and gave me a hard time on purpose. It was my birthday and I was trying to get away from an abusive partner be mindful you never know what ppl are going through ! Very rude and unacceptable service
