Stealing/theft is the worst problem I have encountered in my travels using Hotels.com. This is the second time in 2 years I had objects stolen.
My friends and I stayed at Surfside Inn and Suites in Provincetown from October 10 to October 16. We left several items behind inadvertently and advised the hotel the day we got home from our trip. We received all but the most expensive and desirable item. When we inquired again about the item, they said they found it and would send to us. As of this date, we have not received the item.
Surfside Inn should be held accountable and the thief should be fired immediately!

We were given a room upgrade without asking, which was amazing. We arrived after registration was closed but staff communicated well in advance and the process was seamless. Lovely place, would stay again. Thanks!

Wes check us in and he was amazing. The place was clean and close to everything. I had the queen room that was facing the ocean and the view was of the sunrise and sunset was priceless. Worth paying the xtra money for the view.
