Pleasant Stay
We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and the pleasant staff that we will be searching for this location next time. Since we have family in the area, this is a great way to be close by.
Lots of amenities, clean, comfortable.
Can't beat the price! Three nights for this price is unbeatable especially this close to Sedona. We had a medium sized fridge, microwave and coffee setup. Room was clean.

They seem to have a problem with their key system for both nights. When we came back to our room, our key didn't work and there was a large line of people with the same problem. The poor lady at the front desk had to run around opening doors for people and then have to redo. The keys, it just became a real nuisance.

We got here a bit after two and they said no checking in till 3. So we sat in the lobby waiting. The a/c doesn’t work - took forever to cool the room. The water in the shower wouldn’t adjust - it was hot or scalding, dangerously so. The frame of the door is loose - like coming off - so hard to lock.
Sink faucet is wobbly and it is irritating to have no towel
bars.

wifi was down for the whole stay, pivotal when most of the area has bad service. Dingy,dirty shower curtain and nasty tub mat. Breakfast tasted like cafeteria food. At least they had a waffle maker. Lobby looked nice at least
