We needed an extra bed as we were traveling with teens. The pullout couch (in any hotel we've stayed) mattress is terrible.
I do like that the toilet area is separate from the shower area, but that space with the sink is tiny.
Overall, the beds were great, just the pullout couch was poor.

This property is a truck stop. Back of the house has constant big rig activity all night long. Those generators are loud.
I selected property away from congestion for the quiet of farmland peace. The hotel should warn you about the trucks.
