My room was small and quiet until someone would start gunning their engine several times at night...which sounded like it was outside my window. The staff was nice and courteous. I got there early and the lady advised me of 3pm check in...but she would get me in after 1:30pm and she was about her word. Their Elevator was broken to guests but accessible to employees. I am glad they let me stay on the first floor because I had a lot of bags. The only thing is I had to call them today about refunding $100 for incidentals and they told me they did and they didn't so now I have to call Mr Dinish on Monday about this issue

The residents were supposed to be in the non-smoking area, the smell of marijuana was unbearable and very uncomfortable, especially for our children. I do not recommend it.
