Clean Hotel With Good ADA Accessible Rooms
Most important to share is that this hotel is CLEAN. Our housekeeper, whom I met, is top notch! We were grateful for an accessible shower and toilet with the correct grab bars. Also a bed with a regular mattress and box spring which is literally hard to find any more. That is second priority. Some of the big chain hotels can’t get the accessibility right. So kudos to this hotel for getting it right.
Not a great hotel.
More like an old motel…floors were filthy. Wiped up some water and the cloth was black. A/C didn’t work well. No security lock on inside of door. But bedding was clean and pool look clean but we decided not to try it out.
Will never come back.
The parking lot smells of por Room with musty smell.
Disappointed
Booked a King room, got a queen mattress on a king frame. Furniture was chewed on by an animal. Coffee machine didn’t work. Very noisy all night. Was not worth the $186 I paid for it.
Kumquat Festival
Close by Dade City.
Was told one price and charge another.
Roaches in my room. Homeless people around. Did not feel safe.
Excellent Location and Professionalism with great hospitality.

Breakfast and dining area was good. Good waffles and selection. Staff was friendly. Lighting outside was well lit.
