The main doors need updated to automatic. Two sets of manual pull doors difficult for dogs and luggage. Our room had an old heat/ac register that was rusted with filth you could see inside. The carpet was so dirty we wore shoes and had the dogs sleep on the other bed. We got NO service. No trash pickup, nothing. Can't be due to COVID-19 because not ONE employee was wearing a mask. Breakfast fair but they removed coffee at 9am. Their lounge didn't open until 5pm so no coffee or tea unless you went out. No fan in bathroom so everything stayed wet. Staff was friendly though. A SAFETY NOTE: side stairs to outside were never locked nor had a key card entry. Outside door didn't even close! Will look elsewhere next stay.
