Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

This hotel is definitely not pet friendly. They put us on the 3rd floor, making it very difficult to take our 11 year old springer out for a walk. I had asked for ground floor when I made the reservation and they said I couldn't have ground floor but could have 2nd floor -- but got 3rd floor instead!! Then they spring an "extra" agreement they make you sign that says they will charge $30 for a towel and $10 for a washcloth if you dare use it for the dog or dog mess. The towels are barely worth $5. Then they say they will charge $150 if they have to clean extra because of the dog. They already are getting a pet deposit! My dog is well behaved and our baby, so I resent this. We had no soap, shampoo or anything in the room and the maid said they were out of soap, so I went to the front desk and they gave me a bar of soap. The bathroom door wouldn't latch so you had to put a trash can in front of it to hold it shut. When I told them I didn't see this hotel as being pet friendly with all the extra fees and threats of extra charges, they told me I was rude. NEVER will stay here again!
