Pet Friendly Lodging Reviews

We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites in March of 2022 and paid a pet fee when we stayed. On December 15th we were charged another pet fee from this visit in March. When I called the hotel I was told they had gone through stays for the year and charged pet fees for the year. We already paid our pet fee. I would never stay at this hotel again. The sad thing is we had a horrible experience staying at the hotel. People were up all night running up and down the halls and in the room above us. We called the front desk and they would not do anything about it. They told us they could not leave the desk because they were afraid they would get robbed if they did! Definitely did not feel safe after that.
