This was a clean, nice Motel 6 to stop with our chill dog Balto on our way south. Would stay there again!

I had booked a room in advance for my disabled sister, her service dog and I. When we arrived, before we walked through the door, we saw that several of the rooms looked like they had not been clean from the outside, the doors were warped and there was siding coming off the outside of the building. I walked in and the person in the lobby was not wearing a mask. He got up and went behind the counter. I asked for the room I booked. He sent us to a room that had stairs going to it. I had specifically asked for a handicap accessible room. I went back and asked for such a room and told him I had booked in advance. The next room he sent us to was in the Section 8 area of the motel and it was filthy. There were cigarette burns in the blankets, there was hair imbedded in the top sheets, stains in the carpets and the room smelled foul. I went back and asked for a refund. He didn't say anything when I told him about the rooms. He just gave me my money back and ignored me. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Just stay away.
