I made reservations online. The lady that greeted me was so sweet. The 1st night, I only saw one roach. Not bad. The shower head leaks. Hot water was great! The room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room. I hope I do not get accused of that as I do not smoke. I left for the day and came back in the evening. I thought housekeeping would at least give me clean towels. Nope. Day 2,I saw one more roach. I still better that other places. I left for the day and came back that evening, no clean towels. I had to go get some and was greeted as if I did not belong there. She was very rude. Check out Day, the same rude lady did not say anything to me. She had her kids there riding their motor bikes inside the building. Not good.

I was roach in the door way from the room

I love that every single time I choose red roof in hartselle, my room is clean. Not only is it clean but the sheets and pillow cases are clean and have a clean smell and feel with no stains or holes. Bathrooms and showers remain clean. And unlike a lot of other places, you can actually walk on the hardwood floors with no socks and have no residue or crumbs or dirt on your feet. They mop the floors well and sweep. Tables are clean and polished. Microwaves are always clean. No stains. No anything. It's an affordable price and most definitely worth every cent with the nice upkeep of the rooms at the hotel.

Hotel had the basics, which was not bad for the price. Location was great for us as we were visiting family in town.

Loud banging around people hollering sliding stuff across the floor at 1:00A.M.

It was easy to check in very quick and quiet threw out the night too.

Had trouble with the door not locking properly (106).

AC sounded like a ice maker not sure why. And no breakfast just coffee only.
