This hotel is full of displaced houseless people with only a few rooms for standard guests. It feels unsafe with people loitering outside to smoke. It is not in a safe neighborhood. The parking lot is gated to prevent car theft! We were desperate because the heat wave and it did provide a cool room that accommodated our cat.
