Missed the convenience of an ice machine. At other stays we were able to fill our water bottles with ice; and also put a zip lock bag of ice in a small cooler to keep pet food cold. While the room had an ice maker in the freezer; it was a very slow process; noisy you wouldn't want to keep on at night and also the water from the ice cubes turned out to have a very strong, unpleasant taste. The room was clean and had all the typical necessities. Found the reservation process confusing - reserved on line through your website and didn't realize we were booking through a third party. When we had a question we didn't know who to contact. Also when we were checking in we were told the type of room that we reserved was not what their records indicated.
