Despite the excellent front-desk and serving staff, this hotel is not a good choice. Only one of the two elevators was available. It jerked badly, and we had to pry open the doors to get out. The stairs are not a good option because they only exit outside, so guests have to walk the perimeter of the building to reach the lobby.
Our bathroom was clean, but the carpet had not been vacuumed, and an extra pillow was on the floor behind a chair.
Trucks on Route 81 were noisy all night. No rooms on the “quiet” side were available.

I think that the breakfast should be free. Five dollars for a breakfast most hotels have for free.
They do have complimentary coffee. I asked for decaf and desk clerk said it would take 5 minutes to make but …. After a half hour later I asked about it again. Clerk was on her phone and said she had forgotten about it. She did however apologized.
