Very clean and friendly atmosphere.
The resort is a tropical oasis. From the very clean pool to the comfortable rooms. The landscaping is beautiful and the view of the ocean is incredible with the white sand beach and docks to fish off, you have all you need to relax and enjoy your stay!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. However the property itself was a bit lacking. Our room had multiple points of obvious damage when we arrived, and some of the walkways were slick enough to cause falls if it they were wet.

We found nutshells on the floor wires hanging from the television set bathroom filthy blinds, broken it goes on and on, the hotel actually had no coffee for us. We had to go down into a lobby to get a cup of coffee for this type of a stay unacceptable. More like a hotel than a supposed four star resort also the third floor balcony ceiling had a light fixture just hanging, which could’ve hurt somebody or kill the child. Shame on your staff microwave out.

Disappointed in the level of housekeeping. I reported this to the front desk while I was there as well. During my stay housekeeping was in my room and hid my wedding ring behind the bed with the intention of taking it. Itwas in a place they immediately knew where it was and in a place it would have not naturally fell to. Also upon check in they said nothing would be charged to the card but I got charged $132.76. Please credit this amount back as no purchases were made and this amount not authorized. I’ve submitted an email on your website twice now and have not received ANY response back.

I understood that the place was pet friendly. However, nowhere in the booking process was I made aware that I would have to pay $50.00 per dog per night for the stay. Cost an extra $200.00 upon arrival. Somewhere in the process this was not made clear in any way that I saw.

Nice quiet family resort; casita on the beach is lovely and pool great. Good you get free transport between resorts and to use facilities of all reorts
