The hotel staff was very accommodating, the breakfast selections were above average, food was hot and fresh. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Being pet friendly really helps when I didn’t have a dog sitter at the last minute. Good location near the interstate.

VERY PET FRIENDLY! We came from Florida for a family weekend getaway. The rooms were clean, the hot breakfast was enjoyable, the staff were amazing. The view of the mountains from the entrance was gorgeous. Will definitely stay again if we ever come back to Tennessee!

Emailed questions , they never responded. Rooms need some work, bed hard, pillows lumpy, a/c not cold and can hear road through window, smell in room strong of some cleaner I think. Overall not what I expected for over $200 a night.
