The shower water was cold on Thursday when I checked in and stayed that way until Friday morning.
You have the best staff above all the hotels I have stayed in. Friendly, courteous, professional and all around good people. Karen was exceptional! Kisstin was exceptional! The cleaning staff was exceptional! Thank you for your kindness and help during my stay!

Everything was great about the room with kitchenette new towels n all and also breakfast provided in mornings. My onky complaint and it was a city metroplex issue, mosquitoes in hallway n room, but once reported next day were majority gone...and bcus if the metroplex storm balackout only 1 morning no breakfast was provided bcus of spoilage..no problems quiet and would definitely stay again..
