Property is not updated, ice machines even though they had sign of ice machines on every floor they were not working on my floor an another floor. Wanted room service was not done, stayed there 3 nights. Rooms did not have updated phone chargers, toilet super low I will not stay there ever again

I feel like the hotel is trying in terms of things were clean and the bed was comfortable, but some features were worn down. The hot water only lasted like 5minutes in the shower.

After a long day at the parks finally got into our room at 1:30 am to find a live roach on top of the bed. Did not stay and will never stay in the future.

Staff member stated my reservation was canceled because my credit card was declined, but I never received the notification from my credit card nor Expedia nor the hotel. I even checked my baking statements and I never received it decline notification, it shows that the money was taken out of the card. Once the staff member noticed, I was checking my bank statements and getting ready to call Expedia. She claims that she was going to be able to find it if I gave her my ID again for the second time after her, supposedly not finding it the first time. Online it says breakfast is included, but you actually have to pay an extra $15 for breakfast, it’s supposed to be a buffet, but you can’t even serve yourself when it comes to the hot food. The staff members have to serve you not the worst hotel, but improvement can be made. to add onto that my friend called the hotel before booking the room a month before our stay, and the staff member stated that the hotel has shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but in fact they didn’t, they only have two times for shuttles to Disney World, 945 and 11 something. overall staff and hotel amenities could be improved.

I love the fact that it was conveniently located to attractions. It was easy to take the shuttle to the attractions and back without worrying about parking. The facility was clean and the staff friendly.
