we couldn't walk on the carpet without our feet turning black. the headboard was noisy and grimy. it smelled musty. the tub was stained and looked dirty.
however, the pool was nice and breakfast was nice.

The property/rooms were clean, if a bit worn. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived after 4pm, but the desk clerk talked to staff and a whole crew had the room spotless within 10 minutes. The breakfast was excellent, hot with eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, etc.
