Nice inviting place.

Were stop here often as a halfway from NC. They are pet friendly and the walking area is fine. The beds are comfy with decent pillows. The breakfast is actually not bad at all.

The room was nice clean.

We come from eastern Long Island and travel to Florida once a year and this is the one hotel I feel comfortable at and will not stop anywhere else.

The ac unit made a loud whining noise. I went to the front desk and asked for another room, and was told by the attendant that they are all that way and they are in the process of replacing them. It late after a long day on the road and we decided to tough it out. It got worse during the night, and sounded like a dying goat. I could not sleep past 230 am, and finally got up at 4 am and left the hotel. There was a new attendant at the front desk, and I told him about it and he asked why we did not ask for another room. I conveyed my conversation the with the attendant the night before, and he just shook his head and said that was incorrect, and they should have moved us to another room. He was very nice an apologize and said he would get it the room fee credited back to us, but it is a bit hard to do since we booked it on hotels.com. Will see if it comes through, I have my doubts.
