Located in the Oakleigh Garden District of Mobile, Callaghan's has been serving customers since 1946 and was vote Best Bar by Esquire magazine. It's also a great local music venue and has a limited menu of burgers and sandwiches, though it also serves brunch on the weekend. Come an enjoy it all with you pup in their pet-friendly outdoor seating area.

Dauphin Island is a small island south of Mobile. Your dog can run with the wind in his fur, splash in the Gulf of Mexico, or help dig for lost treasure buried on the beach. Most public beaches are not dog friendly but this tiny oasis will make your pup one happy beach goer.

We love its locally sourced menu--it's always changing to reflect what is available but some of our favorite selections are the Aioli Potatoes, Seafood Bouillabaisse, and Lavender Honey Duck Leg. O'Daly's takes up an entire block on Dauphin and is actually three bars in one--an Irish pub, a sports bar, and a daiquiri bar. Oh and throw in a pet-friendly outdoor patio where you and your pooch can relax and lift and elbow (well, you can...).
We love this place, a unique mix of neighborhood bar with a wild sense of interior design, plus a menu that includes sushi and Mexican food reimagined. Fantastic choice for brunch, with selections like and the Chorizo Burrito. They have a nice pet-friendly courtyard seating area where you can enjoy it all with your canine.

Lots of great seafood choices to pick from, including Gulf Seafood Gumbo, Shrimp & Grits, and Grilled n Dilled Mahi, as well as salads, burgers, pasta, and more.
