Avondale - Pet-Friendly Places

Avondale Friendship Park has a large dog park that has benches with covers for the people, water and water bowls, clean-up bags, a double gate system to avoid doggie run-aways for the canines. Its also close to the kids park, soccer fields, and a walking trail, so you can kill two or 3 or 4 birds with one stone. It is located on McDowell Road, between Dysart Rd. and Avondale Blvd. Quick I-10 access nearby.

Nice area, plenty of shade, clean. Water and bags provided.

Located in the Shops At Alameda Crossing, NYPD Pizza has a dog-friendly patio. Guests can bring their dogs and dine outside at eight NYPD locations that provide patio seating (which include all locations with the exception of Scottsdale/Shea and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Terminal 4).
